Multiple attenuation
An extensive portfolio to deal with all eventualities

No single demultiple approach fits all scenarios. WesternGeco has an extensive portfolio of demultiple algorithms and innovative workflows. In practice, these methods may be combined and cascaded to obtain the optimum solution.

All of these techniques produce a model of the noise which is then subtracted from the input data. Adaptive subtraction technology is used to optimize this step, maximizing multiple attenuation, while preserving primary amplitudes.
